Before joining CIS, Mr. Lei has worked in some large energy companies, such as HydroChina Beijing Engineering Corporation, Guohua Energy Investment Co., Ltd. He is one of the earliest seniors engaging in climate change in China. Great achievements have been made by him in CDM market training and capacity building. He is in charge of the daily operation of the company, and has rich experience in developing and managing power energy projects and energy enterprises. He keeps long-term cooperation with concerned government institutions and design institutes etc.

Mr. Wu Hongjie

Mr. Wu was graduated from School of Environment and Engineering, CUMTB, getting MBA degree. Before joining CIS, he has worked as college instructor and general manager in environmental protection company. He is familiar with environmental industry, coal and chemistry industry. The development agreements of more than 100 CDM projects were taken charged by him.
