We move on in the cold winter
Although the economic crisis continues, it seems that we have been away from the panic. We don’t know whether we adapt it or we get ready for it.
Most regions in our country were drought this year. In Beijing, it didn’t rain for more than 100 days, which creates a recent decade record. However, the drought is relieved with the help of artificial snow and rain.
After the huge fluctuation of carbon price, it does not shake very hard now.
The negotiation on post-Kyoto Protocol is in stalemate. No party will stand first, but their attitudes are serious as if the seven-year itch after getting married. All the parties have common and long-term plan, but no one wants to give up immediate private interests. However, it is not easy to be away from the international strategic cooperation.

At present, everyone expects everything will turn well. In fact, are there so many difficulties? It only needs to give up the extra parts gained before. The stock market is not in desperate status. Somebody cries as somebody smiles.
Compared with several years ago, compared with the situation that Kyoto Protocol did not take effect, our situation and our understanding to things are much better, so why shall we be sad? We will miss the good opportunity, won’t we?
Economy will always fluctuate, but after all, it has been a long time that we did not see the serious crisis happening in the early days. The strategic cooperation is not a play, not even mentioning GHG emission reduction will benefit all flesh. Although the temporary economic fluctuation has certain effect, it is temporary compared with the long-term global.
Certainly, we cannot deny that it is economic winter now, but we have to admit that this winter is better than before. At least, we have foods to eat, and clothes to wear. What we need to do is to make more preparation. The old saying: don’t be unprepared when the opportunity comes.
We keep moving on in the winter.
